Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Shapedvases.com purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost.

Important Return Information

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Returns are accepted for items in new, unused, and resalable condition with original tags and packaging.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or a defective product.
  • We do not accept returns on final sale items, used items, or personalized and monogrammed products.
  • We cannot accept returns of any items shipped to international destinations.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please start the process through our Returns Portal. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order. The portal will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a return shipping label.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order on our website.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be returned. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.
